In Forest School Form 2 met Jess for the first time. She started the session by outlining the rules for Forest School and then talking about what we’d be learning in the session. The children we’re particularly interested in the big mushrooms.

The children then went on a hunt for Jess’ teddies who had hidden around the Forest School area. Once they located all 10, they were then tasked with making a den for the teddies, somewhere covered and hidden so they could have a nice sleep in peace.

To finish off the lesson Jess brought out her ukulele and sang songs with the children, asking them to find certain types of leaves before all throwing them up in the air together.

Form 2 really enjoyed their Forest School session.
