Form 1 have made an outstanding start to the year. Classroom jobs have been allocated and pupils are enjoying a more formalised timetable.

In science, we studied the human body and attempted drawing and labelling our body. This has made quite an impressive display in our classroom!

In maths, we have been busy revising place value in preparation for writing numbers in words next week. On Wednesday we enjoyed our first Forest School session. We took part in a bug hunt and had great fun looking under logs for insects. Next week we will be further developing our understanding of place value and will be learning about captions.
