Form 2 have been incredibly busy this week. In Science we planted sunflower seeds ready for our ‘Sunflower Challenge’ to see who is the best gardener in Form 2! We have been learning about the best conditions for different plants and set up an experiment with different seeds planted in different conditions. It will be exciting to see how our plants develop over the next term.

Linked to our topic about Seas and Oceans, we learnt about the different layers and depths of the oceans and read and retold the story of the Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister.

Inspired by the story, the children went onto draw and paint their own underwater scenes. We have some really great artists in Form 2. Here are a few great examples of our work.
