Sensory Poems

As part of their English topic on Sensory Poems, Form 1 got into the spooky spirit and wrote poems. They used their senses to help them with their ideas, thinking carefully about the adjectives they chose. The children understood that adjectives have the power to change the style of their poem. Asking themselves, did they want their poem to be spooky or funny? We were thrilled with the final pieces. They were neatly presented, well-written and interesting to read. Well done, Form 1!
